Shannon Station is 371-unit townhome community located in Springfield, Virginia.

It offers residents a variety of community amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis court, playgrounds, and walking trails.  Past community events include outdoor movie nights, yard sales and neighborhood clean-ups.

Shannon Station is an HOA community served by a seven-person, volunteer Board with members elected to three-year terms on a staggered schedule.  It is managed by Summit Management Services, which can be reached at 703-360-0904.
