2026 Annual Meeting - Wed Sept 16th at 6pm - SSTA Pool Parking Lot

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, Sept 16th at 6pm in the SSTA Pool Parking Lot. 

  • There will be three (3) vacancies on the Board of Directors.  Community residents are encouraged to volunteer for these positions.  Candidacy Interest Forms are available here and nominations also will be taken from the floor at the meeting.

  • There is also one (1) appointment confirmation for a Board member appointed to fill a vacant position for the 2026–2027 term.


Can't make it to the meeting?  Complete the 2026 Proxy Form available here so that the required quorum can be met and your voice can be heard.

Pool closure Friday, July 17

Due to air quality index reaching hazardous levels, the pool will be closed on Fri, Jul 17. Please stay safe and follow health and safety precautions by minimizing outdoor time and activity.

Pool Closed for Repairs on Mon, Jul 13

On Mon, Jul 13, a service provider will be onsite to repair the fence at the Shannon Station pool. For everyone’s safety, the pool will be closed on Mon, Jul 13. Repairs are expected to be completed same-day.

Weather permitting, ProGrounds will complete mowing in the common areas on Thu, Jul 9.
